Platform and processing fees
Paid orders may include a Tickety platform fee and payment-processing charges. The applicable amounts are displayed before an organiser publishes an event and before a buyer completes payment.
The fixed payment-processing amount applies per paid order, not per individual ticket.
Who pays the fees
Depending on the event configuration, fees may be added to the buyer total or absorbed by the organiser from ticket revenue.
