Request a refund

How ticket buyers can request a refund and what information to provide.

Contact the organiser

  1. 1Locate your Tickety order confirmation.
  2. 2Contact the organiser using the event contact details or Tickety support.
  3. 3Include the order email, event name, and reason for the request.
  4. 4Do not share full payment-card details.

When refunds may be required

An organiser refund policy does not remove rights that apply under New Zealand law. Different remedies may apply where an event is cancelled, materially different from what was advertised, or the service does not meet applicable legal guarantees.
